Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can order online, by phone, or by email.  To order online, just select the quantity of each item you want, and follow the instructions to checkout and pay by credit card.  To place a phone order, call us at 252-473-2271.  Or email us at custserv@shorelinehandwerks.com anytime with your order information and phone number, we will call you to process your order.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.   And shipping is free for any order of $75.00 or more!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide and love to hear from quilters across the globe.
